1. Green chili- shredded beef with green chili. Tortillas , beans(free at Safeway)rice.
2.Cube Steaks- cream of mushroom soup on top, mashed potatoes green beans.
3.Taquitos- guacamole (avocados 4/$1.00 at Bashas)
4.Biscuits and Gravy
5.Ham Steaks- yams, peas, rolls
6.Hula Chicken- served on rice (Rachel Ray recipe, sooo yummy)
7. Take out!!!
That is basically what we have every month just mixed around. I try to make a menu at the first of the month and then see what items I need. As the month goes by I can usually find the items I need when they are on sale and them we will have that for dinner that week. Anyone have something to add?
