ReplyDeleteThey are never at food city in CG anymore I have been trying to find them but every time I go they have none. Not sure if they are not being delivered or if someone just takes them all. Seems like there are alot more people trying to coupon lately!
ReplyDeleteI agree...I am thinking maybe you blogging about it isn't such a great idea lol. I went to two different Walgreens last night and couldn't find any of the stuff I was going for. Do you know if Walgreens usually restocks the items that have RR before the sale ends? My guess is that they won't, and that means I missed out... again :).
ReplyDeleteI think that it could be all of the blogs. People are blaming it on Extreme Couponing show but how would the people know what to get in their area from the show. Maybe not so much mine because only special people even know mine exists!! I talked to the girl at Walgreens by Frys Market Place and she said they get 2 small trucks on Monday and Wednesday and a larger one on Friday. The one on Kortsen said they get a small truck Thursday and a larger on one Saturday. I have not been getting anything there lately. It is always gone and we go at like 10am Sunday mornings. The girl also said that there is a lady that goes there and buys like 30 of the same things when they are on sale. I also heard that there is a lady that goes to Frys and get large amounts of items, like 21 nivea bodywashes and 30 bacons at one time!!! Not sure if it is the same person! It is just crazy!!! Have the people that work at Walgreens been nice to you? We have had a few that are very rude about coupons!
ReplyDeleteI almost always get a rude cashier when it comes to Walgreens and coupons. The worst is at Peart and the blvd, although there has been one there lately that seems pretty nice. I don't know why they have such issues with coupons. I went to the old Fry's the other morning and ended walking out because the cashier was so rude, then I called the manager and he apologized and asked me to come back, when I did they gave me a $25 gift card :). It worked in my favor, but I just don't see why coupons are so difficult for them to understand and apply. I was kidding about you not blogging, lol, I need you to tell me where to get the good deals :). I think the show may have gotten more people into extreme couponing, thats for sure, like the lady that is clearing the shelves. Ugh, it makes me so mad, all I want is 4 Clean and Clear body wash and 2 Tylenol Precise patches, lol.

I just wanted to be able to help a few out but I don't think I would like to have thousands of people follow me because it would just make it hard for us. I think that some blogs do it for the money they get for advertising. Some act like it is coming out of their pocket for us to use coupons!
